We have some exciting new developments in the design of the LunaJumper, that we’ve named the “Bullfrog.” We’ve created a few quick images that highlight some of the key design features of the craft from a few different angles. It’s taking shape as one of the more memorable and distinctive vehicle designs with tributes to NASA Lunar Landing vehicles and personnel carriers of classic movies, like 2001: A Space Odyssey.
We’ve included some interesting close-ups of the designs for some of the essential features. Items such as beams, girders, and tanks are exposed and unguarded due to the use in an airless environment. There will be more updates to come as we continue to prepare for production. Stay tuned for more updates and images. Please visit our previous post about the LunaJumper for more information, including some details about the Copernicus Lunar Research Facility (CLRF)—a moonbase that could hold up to a thousand people.
