Fifty well-established writers, artists and professionals from around the world were honored Friday, Oct. 22 at the Writers and Illustrators of the Future 2021 Annual Achievement Awards in Hollywood. 

Deemed “the equivalent of the Academy Awards for science fiction and fantasy,” the phoenix-themed awards ceremony celebrated winners featured in the 36th and 37th annual anthologies alongside prominent judges and special guests at the Taglyan Complex. 

Future Dude Entertainment Founder Jeffrey Morris attended the event with contest judge and best-selling science fiction author Kevin J. Anderson, who is collaborating with Jeffrey on a novelization of Persephone based upon Jeffrey’s original screenplay.
