Jeffrey Morris Set to Speak at Spacefest

Spacefest started out as a space art show and has now branched into a place for Apollo memorabilia sales, thought-provoking presentations, and most of all, for space enthusiasts to gather. Jeffrey Morris, founder of Future Dude, will be speaking at the 11th annual Spacefest, taking place July 9-12, 2020 at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort in Tucson, Arizona. Morris will be speaking alongside astronomers, authors, scientists, 11 NASA astronauts, and more. He is excited to share his experiences combining storytelling, education, and science to produce post-modern films, including his newest motion picture Persephone. The upcoming adventure sci-fi film follows three astronauts who crash land on Proxima B — a planet orbiting the red dwarf star Proxima Centauri. There, on the surface, they discover a major mystery that could derail their mission to save hundreds of thousands of colonists from a climate-ravaged Earth.
